A hunting I go..

Collecting grain

I traveled to the west of Stillpine in search of some grain. Along the shore I came across sacks that I was able to gather grain from. I got my fifth bunch of grain from a mob that ran onto the top of a shack.
There was a white fur toed beast that I also killed, was he the leader? I'm not sure...

Elekk!!

I trecked north to Bloodmyst Isle... and what do I come across... ELEKK!! I stood there wondering how to ride one of these. I spoke to a few people and was asked to do a few things. So the hunting began. I ran around the isle killing ten Bloodmyst hatchlings, that Vorkhan wanted me to killed. Aonar wanted ten sand pears to make a pie. So I kept an eye out for the pears that had fallen from the trees. Anor gave me a nice body armor and a pie since I was able to collect the pears for him. The odd thing was that they looked like pears on the ground, but when in my bag they looked like green apples.

So, here I was still trying to figure out how to get on an Elekk. I then met Kessel, the Elekk lord. He wanted me to travel and visit three different people to warn them about the bloodelf invasion upon Azuremyst. He let me use one of his Elekks for a speedy delivery of the warning. So I went bounding around on an Elekk to talk to people. After I was able to warn everyone, I went running around on the Elekk. He unfortunately left me when I entered the Inn in Azuremyst.

What a day...

Hanahime has green tipped feathers...

He was in a very good mood today. The chocobo trainer told me Hime was in excellent condition for vigorous physical and mental training. But being that he is only 20 days old, there are not many training options. Hime listened as I chatted with him. We also went on a short walk today in Gustaburg. He was very joyful as I watched over him.

Training

I now can Bash. While taking the orphan boy on the little tour I got to level 14. Took me a while to get to the trainer because I found many herbs on the way there. A few animals attacked me as I wandered in the forest. They met my Wrath and did not live long.

Breaking Stone

A while ago I spoke to Horatius, he asked for a stone that could be found in Dangruf Wadi. I rented a chocobo and headed out to Dangruf wadi. I walked around enjoying the hot springs and riding the water spouts. I came across an odd image carved on the wall. And when I looked closer I found a red stone.

This stone is said to be the coagulated blood of a great galka warrior. Eww... Maybe he ran into this wall while running from a goblin and left the imprint in the stone wall? Or maybe he was lost in Wadi and sat here banging his head in desperation. Either way it is a stone made of blood and is considered a precious stone. Horatius has a small part of his collection on display that he looks at everyday. I'm sure he will enjoy looking at this pretty red stone.

Since I was in Wadi with no swimsuit to enjoy the hot spring ponds I decided to kill a few bunnies. Just in case Hime ever gets injured I will have some Gausebit wildgrass to feed him to cure his wounds.

I have been carrying a great sword for a while now. Yet this was the first time I used it. When I first started my life as a warrior I used a regular sword and shield, I have switched to an axe(with shield.) So this large sword was a bit heavier than the weapons I have been using. I learned my first weapon skill on great sword, Hard slash. My combat skills still needs work. But practice, practice, practice... more bunnies await my blade.

The wadi hares don't like it when you kill their friends. I was fighting one bunny when a second one came along and started attacking me. Bunnies, bunnies, they are no match for my blade. They fell one by one. The goblins in there were walking by me, watching me I suppose. I took a small break to rest, all that swing of the heavy great sword and being kicked by rabbits is very tiring, while I rested behind a boulder, a goblin saw me. He quickly made his way to me to attack. His friend came around from the other side of the boulder, casting bio and poison on me. I switched to my axe and shield and quickly defeated them. I got a bit of gil off them. Next time I'll have to keep an eye on those goblins. They sit and watch and wait... but I'm ready for them!

I'll have to get a great sword sometime these great weapons are nice. The blade of my sword goes from my shoulder to my ankles. Next time out I think I will try my hand with a polearm. I carry a brass spear +1, but have never used it in combat.

I guess dinner tonight is bunny steak. Mmmmm... Fire up the grill!! Or maybe I should make some bunny stew. I'll have to go shopping for some bread. I can have a grilled bunny sandwich. Ooooh I'm starting to feel hungry now.

Hanahime
Jioji awaits Flower Princess(Hanahime) growing up. New feathers soon! Hanahime is named after Kaname. Kaname is THE flower princess. When I told Toast that I named my boy chocobo Hanahime, he said Hime would have a disturbed life. That the other chocobos will make fun of his name. But I think if Hime has any problems he will be fine. He was born with the ability gallop. So run run my dear Hanahime.

Piggle wiggle

There was this little orphan boy that wanted to see the different places in Azeroth. He lived in Stormwind in an orphanage. We traveled long and far to look at a lighthouse, a dam, and a bear shaped tree(a bank.) He then wanted an autograph. At the end of the trip we had some strawberry ice cream. Yummy!

The little orphan had soooo much funny he let me choose one of his pets so I would remember him. There was a rat(Whiskers the rat), a turtle(Speedy) and a pig(Mr. Wiggles.) So here I am with Mr. Wiggles watching the crazy orphans running amok.

Moo!
